Development of data-driven interventions
Building the exergaming and neurofeedback tools, and testing them with real students.
Objectives
- Develop exergaming solutions and neurofeedback systems, with data-driven personalisation
- Set up pilots that integrate sport and gaming into existing programmes
- Test the Affective-Reflective Theory in practice
- Produce teaching materials and training modules for teachers and students
What happens
Development starts from what WP2 found, not from what the technology can do. The work runs as co-creation workshops with students and teachers, prototype development, pilot testing in each country, and refinement on the back of the feedback.
Each country partner develops and pilots in its own setting, with ESAB and Savonia providing the pedagogical frameworks and the analysis of pilot data, and Mulier Instituut registering and validating the results. By the end of the work package there should be functioning prototypes tailored to VET students, instructor guidelines, and training materials that a teacher can pick up without a technical background.
