Moving the interventions from pilot to permanent part of the curriculum.
Objectives
- Embed the interventions in the educational frameworks of the participating institutions
- Train educators and build capacity through train-the-teacher programmes
- Develop institutional guidelines and policies for long-term use
- Set up monitoring that tracks how well the interventions work in daily practice
What happens
This is where the project either lands or does not. The interventions are customised to each institution’s infrastructure, curriculum and policies; teachers are trained through e-learning modules and train-the-trainer programmes; and a digital resource centre brings the materials together in one place.
Alongside that, institutions write the guidelines that make the approach survivable: who runs the sessions, what equipment is needed, how consent is handled, how it fits the timetable. Engagement with national education authorities starts here as well, because scaling beyond the consortium needs more than enthusiasm from individual teachers.
