Evaluation, impact, sustainability and dissemination
Measuring whether it worked, and making sure it outlives the funding.
Objectives
- Evaluate the effect of the interventions on well-being, engagement and learning
- Produce impact assessment methods that other institutions can reuse
- Write sustainability plans for each participating institution
- Disseminate results through publications, national events and a closing summit
What happens
Evaluation combines quantitative measurement — participation, well-being, stress, concentration, attendance and retention, before and after — with qualitative work through focus groups, interviews and case studies across the five countries.
Dissemination runs in every partner country, with national events in 2028 and a closing summit in the Netherlands for European policymakers, educators and partners. Findings are published open access, and the toolkits and guidelines stay available after the project ends.
The sustainability plans cover institutions beyond the consortium as well: the schools that joined the pilots keep the materials, the training and the right to reuse them.
